Overview

We are looking for volunteers to perform coastal  (Sorrento Beacj / Mullaloo Beach / Iluka Foreshore) dune rehabilitation work in the company of other volunteers and a voluntary supervisor.

This may involve planting seedlings, weeding with specialised tools, collecting and bagging rubbish, assisting with site surveys, watering seedlings (in their first summer) and monitoring progress.

Children under the age of 12 who wish to volunteer must be accompanied by a guardian.

Overview

Help out Greening Australia nursery in Aranda with tasks such as propagating plants, thinning seedlings and packing orders. You would need to be available each week Wednesday 9am – 12pm at Kuruba Place, Aranda, ACT and be aged 18+.

When you’re required:

Wednesday’s 9am to 12pm.
