Overview:Fishing Buddies is a social program that supports small groups of six to eight elderly people or people with a disability to go fishing. The program aims to rekindle previous interest in shore fishing or to promote this as a new interest for those willing to try.

‘SHINE for Kids’ volunteers assist in provide experience at the Child and Family Centre on the grounds of the Correctional Centre. Experiences range from creative arts and crafts, outdoor activities and games, interacting with the children, assisting in meal preparation, collecting children from the visiting area and guiding the to the Child and Family Centre.
