Volunteers Needed
Are you a caring person with spare time to help others? Palliative care volunteers offer home respite, hospital visits, companionship, emotional support, transport assistance and/or bereavement support. These roles give you the opportunity to draw on your own reserves of compassion and caring, to make a huge difference in the lives of people living with a terminal illness, while enriching your own life as well.
No experience is necessary and full training is provided. All new volunteers must attend a free course associated with Patient Care.
This position is ongoing in the Denman area. Days and times are negotiable.
